Dream Sparks Introduction

Introduction:

We, 'Dream Spark', would like to introduce ourselves as one of the upcoming organization with young, creative, professionals and a dedicated team, stationed at Kupndole, Lalitpur, Kathmandu, Nepal. Dream Sparks sees to assist and help our youth to motivate, train and equip the under-skilled manpower to harness adequate courage and boldness to face new field of work of their choices. We are a motivated team with a strong desire to bring an innovative approach that is aimed at creating a paradigm shift in the overall situation of youth and pass a distinct competitive edge. As you are quite aware that Nepali youth are going abroad in a large number, we believe that a majority of youth would never try to go abroad just to find job if they would have a chance to invest of their knowledge and skill within the country. Dream Sparks will provide innovative, effective and comprehensive solutions to all of youth with career based guidelines.
And in the other side, to help promote marketing of national production and business companies for the purpose of bringing these both parties in one place to meet their mutual needs. The management team is an intentional group committed and concerned about the future of national productivity and job-seekers young generation who have lost their hope if they could still find work of their interest in the country. The team seeks possible means that bring all Nepali youth into a sole unity irrespective to their belonging to any political parties. Our aim is not to provoke any kind of resistance with politically motivated attempts and will not play any of such unhealthy games. Our mission is to bring most of the productive movements in the sector of professionalism and information technology. We have planned to give birth to strong, committed and hardworking communities that to nourish the youth with the flavor of economical in-dependency. 



Vision:
Our vision is to develop our youth into world class workforce meeting the demands of the 21st century workplaces by 2016. We envision to provide a ‘youthful voice’ that seeks to address the numerous challenges facing leaders of tomorrow by effectively using young resourceful minds to influence the course of global policy formulation and development in a consistent and harmonized manner. “A Bridge between Education and Profession”



Mission:
Our mission is to encourage youth to work by their passion not by force, so that productivity is ensured. We educate and inform the youth on global issues and workplace, inspire them to take action toward work, encourage their participation in global issues, identify and build sustainable partnerships aimed at youth development and provide young people with tools and resources for effective action.

Strategy:
We have a five-year strategic plan that addresses the workforce development needs of the nation. Economic value is added to our communities by ensuring that quality education, job training, and employment opportunities are available; thereby improving the quality of life for our youth throughout the nation.

Objectives:
The Dream Sparks is committed to ensure that the youth workforce development system is market-driven and responsive to meeting the employment and training needs of both job seekers and employers. The Dream Sparks:
•   Serves as a point of contact for business, industry and the public sector to identify solutions that address their workforce needs.
•   Promotes strategies to encourage life-long learning and improve workplace skills.
•   Assists in the development of new training programs to benefit the youth workforce.
•   Conducts planning, oversight and evaluation of youth workforce development programs to include the Job Link Career Center system.
•   Coordinates rapid response meetings with employers who are downsizing or facing a plant closure.
•   Coordinates with economic development efforts to promote the nation’s availability of qualified workers.
•   Coordinates with local youth club to ensure the basic rights of education and job opportunities for unprivileged youths.
